These pee-wee hockey players are taking part in the traditional signing of Québec City’s guest book beside Mayor Jean Pelletier. Over the years, the tournament has welcomed players from all over the world. The various countries that have attended include the United States, Japan, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Soviet Union and, eventually, Russia.
