Why we collect and share data
We collect anonymous data, anonymized data and personal data. This data allows us to:
-
Ensure that the online tools we provide are working properly, for example, by verifying the type of device you’re
browsing with and the version of your browser. This data is anonymous and is not shared beyond this site.
-
Confirm your privacy choices and preferences. This data is anonymous and is shared with Google Analytics only, in order
to remember your choice.
-
Improve your user experience, for example, by allowing us to remember your preferred language and favourites. This data
is anonymous and is not shared with any other site.
-
Determine your interests on our website for statistical purposes and to retarget our ads. For example, we might record
the pages you visited, the time you spent on each page, the total number of pages viewed, the first and last pages you
viewed, how much of each page you read and your use of navigation tools, among other information. This data is
anonymized and transmitted to Google and Facebook, who store it for 90 days, during which time we may retarget you with
our ads. After 90 days, only site usage statistics are kept anonymously. At no point are we able to identify you
specifically.
-
Reply to you when you request information using a contact or support request form. This data contains your first and
last names, your email address and/or your telephone number. This data is neither shared with third parties nor used for
marketing purposes.
How we collect data and how you can refuse permission
-
We use cookies to store anonymous data on your browser. These cookies are necessary for the site to work properly, and
we cannot guarantee your browsing experience if you refuse them. For example, you might not be able to access certain
services, receive product information or receive replies to your requests.
-
We use third-party adware and statistical analysis scripts such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel and its
affiliates on a temporary and/or permanent basis. If you do not allow us to track your interactions in an anonymized
fashion, select the “essential cookies only” option.
-
We use activity logs to store the personal information transmitted through contact forms. Unless you explicitly request
otherwise, we will store your information in this registry in accordance with our current or future anonymization
policies.
-
We do not have access to the personal data that you send to the online purchasing platforms with which we do business.
The connection is anonymous and these platforms are responsible for their own data collection and storage.
Who can access my personal information?
Protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website is of the utmost importance to us. We have systems, policies and
procedures in place to maintain data accuracy and prevent it from being lost, misused or modified. The personal information
you submit is only available to employees who need it for business purposes and who have undergone relevant training.
Right to be forgotten
You have the right to request the removal of your personal information from our databases, whether you provided it on this
website or on another digital platform used by us.
If you make a request for your personal information to be deleted, we will remove it from all our tools and will promptly
transfer your request to the third-party suppliers who have had access to it.
Please note that third parties may refuse to delete your personal information based on the business relationship you have
with them. We believe that we have an obligation of means and not of results in the event that a third party does not
promptly or successfully fulfill your request.
Anonymizing and deleting your personal information
We are currently working to establish storage policies and procedures for our databases to ensure that your personal
information is securely anonymized or destroyed after the period of its use.

Please take the time to read and understand the privacy statement for this website. By using this website, you consent to
the terms of this privacy statement. If you do not agree with the statement, please do not use this website or submit any
personal information through it.
