Did you know that there is an Acadian association called the Association Acadienne de la Région de Québec (AARQ)? Founded in 1995, it focuses on promoting Acadian culture. In addition to organizing social activities and conferences, the AARQ was involved in the August 15, 2002, festivities. Several association members are pictured here.
