The Quebec parliament building offers a spectacular view of Old Québec City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The illuminated fortifications are visible, as is the De Tourny Fountain. The latter was inaugurated during the celebrations for the 400th anniversary of the city’s founding. The landscape is also dominated by highly distinctive buildings, including the Château Frontenac and the Price Building, Québec City’s first skyscraper.
