In a game against the Hartford Whalers, brothers Marián, Anton and Peter Šťastný scored 13 points. As in the Czechoslovak hockey league, the three brothers overwhelmed the opposing defence line-ups. In 1981–1982, the three brothers scored over 300 points combined. It was the first feat of its kind in NHL history.
