During the only two editions of the Médiévales festival, the Grande Chevauchée horseback journey was undoubtedly one of the best-attended events. In 1995, it was made up of a number of experienced riders who rode from Boston to Québec City on horseback. A particularly large crowd greeted them on Dalhousie Street.
