The 400th anniversary festivities attracted huge crowds: Some 3 million people attended at least one activity during the event! Espace 400e was undoubtedly the heart of the festivities for 120 days, notably with the Image Mill by Robert Lepage, a Québec City artist of international renown. In addition to bringing out 93% of the locals, the event was also an unprecedented success for tourism.
