In the bleachers are former Québec City mayor turned provincial lieutenant-governor Gilles Lamontagne, chair of the National Hockey League John Ziegler, governor-general of Canada Jeanne Sauvé and chair of the Quebec Nordiques Marcel Aubut. The crowd even includes Bonhomme Carnaval, the local winter carnival’s emblematic mascot!
