Construction of the Saint-Louis wing of the Château Frontenac
Photographer Thaddée Lebel was in the habit of dating each of his prints. This allowed him to document the progress of the Château Frontenac and the involvement of the various tradespeople. This simple method reveals valuable information about the additions to the Château in the 1920s. This photo shows a pour mix for the concrete slab of the Saint-Louis wing, on August 2, 1921.
