The old church of Saint-Pascal-Baylon
Snow was long cleared from Québec City streets with shovels and horses. In the 1920s, Quebec inventor Arthur Sicard developed a snowplow inspired by the combine harvester. The model quickly spread across the province, greatly improving the flow of wintertime traffic!
