Eleanor Roosevelt, Princess Alice and Clementine Churchill at the Citadel
This photograph shows the wives of three of the leaders at the 1944 Québec Conference. We can recognize Eleanor Roosevelt, wife of U.S. president Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and Princess Alice, wife of the governor-general of Canada. Clementine Churchill, wife of the British prime minister Winston Churchill, rounded out the trio.
