Alter rail
In churches, the alter rail separates the sanctuary from the nave. Built in the 17th century, this balustrade is made of wood and copper, with a copper gate. Thin sheets of yellow copper overlay a wooden frame. The rails are decorated with engraved roses, suns and leaves.
