Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Church
This album presents just a fraction of the treasures from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Church. The objects illustrate the history of the Huron-Wendat Nation and their evangelization by the Jesuits. Despite the nation’s relocation from Ancienne-Lorette to Wendake and the subsequent burning of the chapel, the objects have been preserved. Today, they form a cohesive whole that is rare.
